Week 6 of the prestigious MPL Indonesia Season 9 competition was closed with a heated duel between RRQ vs Aura which RRQ Hoshi won with a score of 2-1.

MPL ID Season 9 as the highest caste competition Mobile Legends in Indonesia, it never stops presenting exciting matches every week.

This time, the competition has passed its 6th week which marks the closer to the trophy fight MPL ID Season 9.

In week 6 there were many exciting matches that were presented, but one of the matches that was in the spotlight was the match between RRQ vs Aura. The match took place on the third day on Sunday (27/3).

As you all know, both RRQ Hoshi and Aura Fire are top teams who are candidates for the championship MPL ID Season 9. Of course, many are waiting for the battle between the two, especially the fans of this Mobile Legends game.

RRQ Hoshi again faced Aura Fire where both of them were in their best performance. 

In order to secure each other's top positions in the standings, the two teams will certainly reduce the composition of their best players.

The battle that lasted for 3 games was won dramatically by RRQ Hoshi after making a comeback from Aura Fire with a score of 2-1.

Aura Secures First Point in Game 1

In this first game, RRQ Hoshi played R7 (Yu Zhong), Alberttt (Fanny), Clayyy (Vale), Skylar (Clint), and Vyn (Franco). Meanwhile, Aura Fire fielded Facehugger (Yve), High (Khufra), Fluffy (Grock), God1va (Atlas), and Kabuki (Brody).

Surprisingly, Aura Fire immediately pressed RRQ Hoshi by getting first blood in less than 1 minute. In fact, they again knocked out 3 other RRQ Hoshi players which made Aura successfully get 4 kills in the early game.

Meanwhile, the King of Kings team was only able to react in the 5th minute by getting its first kill. However, Aura remained focused on their objective with quite an impressive performance, successfully paralyzing the base turret from RRQ.

This made Aura Fire successful in securing 1 point in the first game after fighting for 12 minutes with 14 kills.

RRQ Successfully Equalizes Aura's Position in Game 2

Entering the 2nd game, RRQ Hoshi played R7 (Uranus), Alberttt (Karina), Clayyy (Cecilion), Skylar (Claude) and Vyn (Baxia). Meanwhile, Aura Fire fielded Facehugger (Yve), Fluffy (Balmond), Kabuki (Chou), God1va (Angela), and High (Kimmy).

Slightly different from the first game, Aura Fire seemed to play more defensively and again got first blood. Seeing that his opponent was defending, RRQ Hoshi also changed his strategy by playing offensively and succeeded in putting pressure on Aura Fire.

The King also succeeded in getting the first and second lords quite easily because there was no pressure from Aura Fire. Finally, RRQ succeeded in destroying Aura's base turret in the 14th minute to level the score at 1-1 with 10 kills.

RRQ Successful Comeback against Aura in Game 3

In this last game, RRQ Hoshi fielded Alberttt (Ling), R7 (Uranus), Vyn (Baxia), Clayy (Cecilion), and Skylar (Brody). Meanwhile, Aura Fire plays Facehugger (Yve), Kabuki (Fanny), Fluffy (Hylos), High (Clint), and God1va (Martis).

This decisive game was so extraordinary and tense with the two teams taking turns exchanging attacks. The aggressive play of these two teams is sure to amuse the audience and the excitement is like a final match.

Apart from that, the two top MVPs in the standings, namely RRQ Alberttt and Aura Kabuki, were also fighting each other which made this decider game even hotter.

Both of them played aggressively, Aura Fire again succeeded in getting 4 kills in the early game, while RRQ Hoshi just got his first kill when he entered the 4th minute.

However, RRQ Hoshi did not want to be outdone by putting up a fierce fight until they finally succeeded in getting their first lord. When the two teams fought over the second lord, the teamfight was quite intense.

RRQ's impressive performance made them succeed in wiping out Aura Fire players in the 17th minute and nearly paralyzing Aura Fire's base turret. Instead, they chose to retreat first by getting the second lord.

They also secured the third lord which made the late game even more tense until they finally succeeded in breaking into Aura Fire's base.

The team nicknamed the King of All Kings again wiped out in the 27th minute and successfully destroyed Aura Fire's base which made it win a comeback with a score of 2-1. They got 14 kills while Aura Fire got 15 kills.

The fierce and tense battle between RRQ vs Aura which lasted for almost 30 minutes really provided good entertainment and games from both teams.

With these results, R7 and friends have successfully established themselves at the top of the standings for week 6 with +13 points. While Aura Fire is still in 3rd place by collecting +6 points.

Apart from that, this victory also opened up RRQ Hoshi's opportunity to advance to the Upper Bracket round of MPL ID Season 9.
