Are you serious? Poco X3 Pro Enters Indonesia Officially? – Part 1

Who doesn't know the Poco X3 NFC series smartphone? The HP series that went viral a few months ago, because it came out officially at a price not much different from its sibling the Redmi Note 9 Pro, recently globally Poco has returned to releasing its newest series, the Poco X3 Pro, on March 24, 2021.

Poco X3 Pro Officially Enters Indonesia this April 2021!

The long wait of several days is finally over. Poco Indonesia today announced that Poco X3 Pro will officially enter Indonesia. However, it is not impossible that the Poco F3 will soon follow to officially enter the Indonesian market, considering that the names Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco are on the rise in early 2021.

Okay, back to our main discussion, namely the Poco X3 Pro. In its promotion on their official social media site, Poco Indonesia introduced the Poco X3 Pro with great enthusiasm.

The first cellphone in Indonesia that uses Snapdragon 860

In a way, Xiaomi has recently been happy to fight for the 'first' title with other competitors. As with the Redmi Note 10 Pro series, they hasten to claim that this HP is the first mid-range HP in Indonesia to use a 108MP main camera.

Then it was followed by the Realme 8 Pro which launched after the Redmi Note 10 Pro, which both carry a 108MP main camera, but did not get the 'first' title because Xiaomi took this title.

In the new Poco X3 Pro series, finally Xiaomi is again the first to bring a smartphone with a Snapdragon 860 processor to Indonesia. We think Xiaomi's marketing team must have prepared all of this, because if you go ahead with your competitors, then the 'first' title will be lost.

Snapdragon 860 is the latest 8 series processor from Qualcomm, which until now, even globally, has only been embedded in only one smartphone, namely the Poco X3 NFC.

Snapdragon 860 is the successor processor from the previous generation, namely Snapdragon 855. It has a 7nm fabrication form factor which is still the same as the previous series, even up to the 870 series. Unlike the Snapdragon 888 which already has a 5nm fabrication.

This processor is not equipped with Qualcomm with an integrated 5G modem, meaning that the Poco X3 Pro will only be available in the 4G variant, as well as other cellphones, which will later use this processor.

When it comes to Indonesia, Poco X3 Pro should be included in the mid-range HP category. This means that this HP is also the first mid-range HP to use the Snapdragon 8 series processor from Qualcomm.

Considering that the globally priced price for the lowest variant at 6/128GB is around 249 USD, or if converted at the current exchange rate, the lowest Poco X3 Pro variant is only priced at 3.6 million. Interesting right?
