Only a few days left, Immortals Fenyx Rising by Ubisoft Quebec is ready to hit the market. The game, originally titled Gods & Monsters, is predicted to be a tough competitor to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Based on the reactions of those who have tried the demo, it seems that the claim is not just a hoax. Now, ahead of its release, the developer released the final trailer of the game in question.
Immortals Fenyx Rising tells the story of Fenyx, a Greek warrior who was asked for help by the gods of Olympus. The reason is, Typhoon, who was previously banished to Tartarus by Zeus and the other gods, has returned and is trying to exact revenge! Armed with various equipment such as Wings of Daidalos and Sword of Achilles, plus a number of abilities of the gods, Fenyx begins her adventure.
While exploring a vast open world, our hero must face various dangerous enemies before meeting his main foe, Typhoon. From creatures like Cyclops, Medusa, and Minotaur, to a number of heroes in mythology who are ruled by darkness like Achilles. All of that gamers will live in the form of action-packed battles, accompanied by a variety of other features that make everything appear more interesting.
Not only providing a variety of equipment and skills, Fenyx Rising also presents features to customize your hero. Through Aphrodite's Beauty Chair, you can change your character's gender, change your hairstyle, wear various armor sets, and so on.
Ubisoft as the publisher also provides information about a number of DLC that will be released after the game is released to the market. The first is “A New God,” which tells about the various trials that Fenyx has to go through in order to show her skills as a god. Then there is “Myths of the Eastern Realm” which focuses its story on the new hero, Ku. Lastly is “The Lost Gods,” where Fenyx and Athena have to guide another new hero, Ash.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is slated for release on December 3. The game will be coming to PC via the Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store, and Uplay, as well as on Google Stadia. Immortals will also be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
