Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a subscription that gives you access to Xbox Cloud Gaming. By purchasing this subscription package, you can access hundreds of Xbox games. 

Then provide an internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps so that the game streaming process can run smoothly.

Xbox Cloud is now compatible with multiple devices such as Windows PC, Smart TV, Android, and iOS.

Quoting from Xbox official page, Smart TVs that are compatible to access this feature include Amazon Fire TV and Samsung Smart TV. 

You can use the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2021), Fire TV Cube (2022), Fire TV Stick 4K (2023), and Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2023). If you live in Argentina and Brazil, unfortunately you can't access Xbox Cloud using Fire TV yet. 

Use Samsung Smart TV (2020) as a solution to the problem. Also make sure your Smart TV is using software version 1300 or higher. 

You can also use the Xbox Cloud service on Android OS 6.0 or later. For iOS devices, use the 14.4 update. 

On your MacBook device you need to make sure the device is using Mac OS 14.1.2 or later. 

Meanwhile, on Windows devices, use Windows 10 version 20H2 or later.
