When this article was written, you can get Wavebreaker Fin from the second banner update 3.7 along with a 5-star sword Light of Foliar Incision and Freedom Sworn.

Stats Wavebreaker Fin Genshin Impact

Wavebreaker Fin's main stat will provide additional ATK base stats and additional ATK% in the second stat. 

Total main stat ATK given is 45 at level 1, up to 620 at max ascension level (level 90). 

ATK% added from substat will give 3% ATK at level 1 to 13.8% ATK at level 90.

Recommendations for the Best Characters for Wavebreaker Fin Genshin Impact Users

Wavebreaker Fin is a weapon that is quite unique. This weapon even has a higher Base ATK stat than the 5-star Polearm already released by Genshin Impact.
