2 sets of Vourukasha's Glow Genshin Impact artifacts will provide an additional HP of +20%.

The use of 4 sets or full sets of Vourukasha's Glow is capable of damage from Elemental Burst and Elemental Skills of characters who use this artifact.

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will increase by 10% automatically for the user. 

This effect enhancement can have a maximum of 5 stacks where the duration will be calculated separately (independently) according to when the effect is active. 

For example, you have activated the first stack of effects. When you get the second stack, you will get an additional 5 seconds of time and 80% DMG.

This effect can be triggered even when the equipping character is not on the field.

Note that the active character must get DMG to activate the effect.

Vourukasha Glow at first glance is similar to an artifact that can increase HP as well ie Tenacity of Millelith.

Both of them can increase the attack power of the artifact user character so that even though the character is a support character, the character can still provide optimal DMG to help the party.

The biggest difference besides the Tenacity of Millelith bonus is increasing ATK and shield strength. 

This means that the user or party you use must use a shield to get the optimal effect from the artifact.
