$VCG Is Not an Artist Token, Check Out the Explanation!

The crypto asset of VCGamers, $VCG is not an artist token. This was stated by the Co-Founder & Chairman of VCGamers, Wafa Taftazani.

He stated this in the activity Ask Me Anything (AMA) which was held last night, Monday 25 April 2022.

Wafa then gave an explanation of this in detail.

$VCG is not an Artist Token

Wafa Taftazani stated that $VCG not an artist token.

"No. VCG is not an artist token. Why ? because VCGamers and RANS Entertainment's relationship is a very professional and legal business relationship and due diligence which applies in two jurisdictions, in the jurisdictions of Indonesia and Singapore," he said.

He explained that RANS Entertainment owns 100 percent of a venture capital company called RANS Innovation Pvt Ltd and is based in Singapore.

"RANS Innovation Private Limited is investing in VCGamers Asia Private Limited together with Beenext, a Japanese venture capital company operating globally. So, Benext is investing together with RANS Innovation Private Limited (to VCGamers)," said Wafa.

He said, in this case Raffi Ahmad who is the owner of PT RANS Entertainment owns 100 percent of RANS Innovation Pvt Ltd.

"So the relationship between VCGamers and RANS and Raffi Ahmad is very, very clear legally. Legally there is black on white, everything is transparent. This means that if you say it's an artist token, it depends on the definition we see it like," he said.

Wafa stated, $VCG Token can be called a token owned by the artist, in this case Raffi Ahmad. Because, Raffi is one of the biggest investors.

However, in terms of developing tokens such as Smart Contracts, Tokenomics, Whitepaper to Roadmaps, they are developed by a team of professionals who have expertise in blockchain.

“So it's not the artist who develops the token, the artist is an investor and becomes an ecosystem partner for where this token can become a use case. VCGamers really pays attention to placing people according to their capacities, those who understand blockchain act as developers, those who have a lot of financial ability act as investors, those who have an ecosystem can become partners so it's not exchanged here," said Wafa.
