F0rsakeN and Mindfreak, Two Indonesian Representatives Who Passed Valorant VCT 2022

Competition Valorant This year's VCT is heating up. There are already 4 teams confirmed to play in Valorant Champions 2022 and there are still 12 slots to participate in the most prestigious Valorant esports event this year.

There are two players from Indonesia who are confirmed to play in Valorant Champions 2022 and one slot remains for teams from Asia Pacific to take part in Valorant Champions 2022 by winning the APAC Last Chance Qualifier.

VCT Valorant: Champions 2022

Valorant Champions Tour 2022 or VCT will be held from 2 to 18 September 2022 in Istanbul. Valorant Champions, as the pinnacle of Valorant VCT 2022, will consist of 16 teams that have qualified throughout Valorant VCT 2022 from various tournaments.

Even though there is still a long way to go to Valorant Champions 2022, there are 4 teams that have secured Valorant Champions 2022 slots. These 4 teams are OpTic Gaming, a team from the United States of America that qualified by securing the number one position in NA Circuit Points during Valorant VCT 2022. Team DRX from Korea South also secured the Valorant Champions 2022 slot by having the most points on KR Circuit Points.

Apart from OpTic Gaming and the DRX team from South Korea, the XERXIA team from Thailand and the Paper Rex team from Singapore also became teams that secured their position as competitors in Valorant Champions 2022 by placing first in APAC Circuit Points for Paper Rex and second place for XERXIA.

There are still available Circuit Points slots to qualify for the 2022 Champions, namely one NA Circuit Points slot, two EMEA Circuit Points slots, one BR Circuit Points slot, and one LATAM Circuit Points. Teams that can qualify with the circuit points stage will compete during VCT 2022.

Representative of Indonesia in the 2022 Champions

They are f0rsakeN and mindfreak! Even though they play for the Singapore team, these two players are from Indonesia, you know! They are the two Indonesian representatives who have passed the VCT 2022 stage and have a slot to compete in the most anticipated Valorant tournament this year, namely Valorant Champions 2022.

These two young players make Indonesia proud as representatives of Indonesia with their achievements and will compete in the most prestigious Valorant tournament: Champions 2022. Even though they are still young, these two players have won various Valorant tournaments, one of which is two APAC Challengers. In addition, they as Paper Rex team players also won 4th place in the VCT Stage 1 Masters in Reykjavík.

These two Indonesian players succeeded in bringing the Paper Rex team from Singapore to qualify for Valorant Champions 2022 by winning the APAC Stage 1 Challengers and Stage 2 Challengers so that they earned enough points to become first place in APAC Circuit Points and immediately qualify for the main event, Valorant Champions 2022.

In the APAC Stage 1 Challengers, Paper Rex won first place, defeating a rival team that also qualified for Valorant Champions 2022, team XERXIA with a score of 3-2. During the tournament, Paper Rex only lost 2 maps in the final stage against XERXIA.

The APAC Stage 2 Challengers which was held after stage 1, Paper Rex again won the tournament and defeated the XERXIA team in the final match with a score of 3-0. Paper Rex only lost 2 maps in the knockout phase, against Alter Ego and Bleed eSports.

Paper Rex F0rsaken with his Vandal signature weapon managed to bring Paper Rex through to the 2022 Champions phase after winning the VCT APAC Stage 2 Challengers. What's more, he got an ace using Jett with a combination of Vandal skin Champions and Jett's ultimate skill in the Breeze map.

Apart from Paper Rex, there are actually other Indonesian representatives who deserve appreciation during VCT 2022. Keep in mind that there is still a slot to qualify for the 2022 Champions and Indonesian representatives still have a chance to qualify for the APAC Last Chance phase. APAC Last Chance Qualifiers

This is the last hope for the Indonesian team in VCT 2022! The APAC Last Chance Qualifier is the last chance tournament for Asia Pacific teams, including Indonesia, who want to qualify for the final stage of VCT 2022, namely Champions 2022.

The APAC Last Chance tournament will be held for a week, starting from 1 to 8 August 2022 and will consist of 10 Asia Pacific teams. Even though the tournament format has not been announced by the organizers of Riot Games, one thing that is certain is that the winner of APAC Last Chance will immediately qualify for the 2022 Champions slot.

The Indonesian representatives who have the opportunity to qualify for the 2022 Champions are ONIC Esports, BOOM Esports, and Alter Ego. These three teams from Indonesia qualified for the APAC Last Chance stage by having enough points at the Asia Pacific Circuit Points Standings stage, achieved during VCT 2022.

The APAC Last Chance Qualifier is the last chance for Asia Pacific teams to fight for the 2022 Champions slot, so this tournament will be very competitive. The other teams participating in this tournament are also very strong, with Bleed eSports having 110 points in APAC Circuit Points. There is also Team Secret, a team from the Philippines as the third winner in the APAC Stage 2 Challengers who beat ONIC Esports.
