Mobile Legends Patch 1.8.30 Update: Revamp, Buff, Nerf Hero

Revamp Moskov

As previously stated, if Moskov gets a significant change to his ultimate skill. 

Where his ultimate skill allows this Marksman to teleport. However, other skills actually experienced a decline.

The following are the results of the Moskov revamp:

Attribute

• Physical attack reduced from 15.5 to 12.5.
• Base HP reduced from 2455 to 2255.

Passive

• Reduced cooldown of skills 1 and 2 from 0.8 to 0.5 seconds.

Skill 1

• Attack speed reduced from 1.15-1.5x to 1.15-1.35x.

ultimate

• When the ultimate skill hits the opponent's hero, it will cast a shadow behind the target and refresh the cooldown of skill 1. You can use the ultimate again to teleport and use skill 1 from the Shadow location.
• Slow effect duration reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds
• Base damage reduced from 600-800 to 340-500
• Penetration damage reduced to 1.1x base damage

Argus (Buff)

• Extra Damage: 155 + 100% Total Physical Attack >> 200 + 100% Total Physical Attack

• Base Damage: 300-400 + 40% Total Physical Attack >> 300-400 + 100% Total Physical Attack

Roger (Nerf)

Skill 1

• Base Damage: 300-600 >> 250-500
• Total Physical Attack Bonus: 150% >> 125%

Tigreal (Nerf)

Skills 2

• Cooldown: 12.5-10s >> 16-13s

Guinevere (Buff)

ultimate

• Additional Airborne Chances: 6 >> 8
• Cooldown: 45-35s >> 52-38s

Lesley (Buff)

Passive

• Base Damage: 75 >> 100

Skill 1

• Cooldown: 4-2.5s >> 3.5-2.5s

Terizla (Nerf)

 Skill 1

• Movement Speed Increase: 25%-40% >> 15%-40%

Fanny (Nerf)

Passive

• Energy Restored Per Stack: 8 >> 7

Mathilda (Nerf)

• Cooldown: 12-11s >> 13.5-11s

• No longer slows enemy attacks.

Angela (Nerf)

Passive

• Each stack increases Movement Speed by 15%, up to 2 stacks >> Each stack increases Movement Speed by 7.5%, up to 4 stacks.

Skill 1

• Removed bonus damage against Minions and Creeps.

Irithel (Nerf)

ultimate

• Duration: 10s >> 7.5s

Esmeralda (Buffs)

Skill 1

• Base Shield: 300-750 >> 400-750

Other Adjustments

To make the gameplay more balanced, Moonton made several changes, such as:

• The first Siege Minion in the Exp path.
• Adjustments have been made to the amount of Exp required to reach a certain level.
• Reduced damage from Creeps generated by Battle Spell Retribution.
• Lord and Turtle also underwent changes.
• Some items such as the Lightning Truncheon and Flask of the Oasis received adjustments.
• Emblem adjustments, where the Weakness Finder and a number of other Emblems receive adjustments.
