Buff, Nerf and Revamp (All Classes)
- Strengthen builds that don't reach high power levels.

The Gameplay
- Increased monster spawn density in Nightmare Dungeons and Helltide.
- Boss monsters level 35 and up will now have a 100% chance to drop a Legendary item.
- Treasure Goblin now has increased Legendary item drop chance from Level 6-14 and guaranteed Legendary item drop starting at Level 15.
- Legion Events will provide more rewards and guaranteed Legendary item drops starting at level 35.
- The bonus effect or damage that is exposed to the target will apply the same effect even through the barrier.
- The cheat death effect will now work better when interacting with a barrier.
- Varshan can penetrate every segment of the Bone Wall it passes.
- Skill and Paragon Point refund fees have been reduced. At lower Levels this reduction will not be significant, but will reach a maximum of 40% at Level 100.
- Increased the stack limit for Elixir from 20 to 99.
- Additional Stash Tabs can now be purchased at Stash for a certain amount of gold.
- Cast time for Leave Dungeon back to 3 seconds.
- The following Nightmare Dungeon effects have been removed: Resource Burn, Backstabbers, Empowered Elites (Cold Enchanted).
- Improved some accessibility, especially on the Screen Reader feature.
Bug Fixes
General
- Fixed an issue where the speed boost of Spur skills when equipped was slower on Stick (console controller) than Keyboard and Mouse (PC).
- Fixed an issue where Invasion portals that appeared during certain Helltide events could be pushed off the screen with the Fear effect.
- Fixed an issue where Paragon Rare Nodes would sometimes not grant bonuses with status boosting gear.
- Fixed an issue where repeating item enchantments could display the same stats repeatedly even in subsequent re-rolls.
- Fixed an issue where post-death damage ignored the damage reduction effect of the target's distance state.
- Fixed an issue when steeding on consoles.
- Fixed an issue where the Arise emote visual effect would not appear when used at low graphics settings.
- Fixed an issue where the Dagger Tap emote for Rogue from the Battle Pass would lock the player's movements for its duration.
- Fixed an issue where the female Necromancer animation for the Cage Puppetry emote had a visual glitch in the preview.
- Fixed an issue where the Phantasm Walker cosmetic set had a lot of visual errors.
- Various fixes to the UI system
- Various fixes to Malignant
- Various improvements to monsters, dungeons and quests
- Various fixes to Cooperative Play mode
- Various improvements to the gameplay of each class.
- And various other bug fixes.
