Toxapex is a two-element Pokemon consisting of a combination of poison and water. He is registered under the order number #0748 at Pokedex and was first introduced in generation VII.

Toxapex profile

Toxapex is a small, 20-foot Pokemon with large, starfish-like growths growing from the top of its head.

He has a pair of bright blue eyes with yellow sclerae and pupils. The main part of the body consists of a small head with a dark blue color on the top.

The lower head of this Pokemon has protrusions that look like the arms of a starfish with a purplish-pink color.

Toxapex is the result of evolution from Mareanie. Mareanie will evolve into this pokemon when it reaches level 38.

The legs of this Pokemon have two different color combinations on the top and bottom, namely light blue and dark blue with lots of purplish thorns.

This Pokemon uses its legs to walk on the ocean floor to hunt Corsola. Toxapex can be used to make a shelter shaped like a dome that can protect from high tides and cold areas.

This Pokemon can feel the tides by using its spikes, this allows it to observe its surroundings.

He can also use his thorns as a weapon by shooting them at enemies with a strong poison content.

This poison manages to provide pain for 3 days, even for large Pokemon like Wailord. The poison would even have a follow-up effect even after the recovery period.

If an enemy manages to get past the thorns of Toxapex, he will attack using his claws. Bruxish is the natural enemy of this Pokemon. They often fight in warm ocean currents.

Toxapex is known as the only Pokemon that can learn the Baneful Bunker move. Mareanie who is the pre-evolution of this Pokemon is also the only one who has Merciless as her skill.

• Has resistance against Fighting, Poison, Bug, Steel, Fire, Water, Ice and Fairy Pokemon.

Skills and Leveling Moves from Toxapex

This Pokemon has two main skills, Merciless and Limber, and one hidden skill, Regenerator.

Merciles has a function to make normal attacks into critical attacks. This applies if the target has been poisoned.

Limber himself will make Toxapex immune to the effects of Paralyzed when he uses this skill.

While the Regenerator recharges as much as 33.3% of the maximum total Hit Points when the Pokemon is replaced from the battlefield.
