Skills Analysis

• Passive – Wasteland Force: If no damage is taken within 5 seconds, he gains an additional 10 percent Movement Speed, recovers 1 percent Max HP per second, and begins collecting Wasteland Force (up to 10 stacks). Franco will spend all Wasteland Force stacks on the next skill cast, increasing skill damage by 150 percent.
• Skill 1 – Iron Hook: He launched an iron hook in the specified direction. The hook will snatch the first unit [affects stun for 0.5 seconds, then] deals 400 – 650 (+100 percent Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and drags the units back to him [sends them for another 0.5 seconds].
• Skill 2 – Fury Shock: He attacks, dealing Physical Damage equal to 300-450 plus 4 percent of his Max HP to nearby enemies and slowing them by 70 percent for 1.5 seconds.
• Ultimate Skill – Bloody Hunt: He suppresses a designated enemy unit for 1.8 seconds, and then hacks them 6 times continuously, dealing 50–70 (+70 percent Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage with each attack.

Early Game

Franco became more popular because of his ability to delay enemy jungler buffs with his hook. It's annoying for a jungler to have his first buff reset over and over and it also helps to gain an early advantage for his allies; they can play aggressive from the start when the enemy jungler has lower exp and level.

Even though it was very effective in the early game, today's players are very familiar with this strategy and it is very easy to fight against Franco's attack if the enemy tank or support is an experienced player.

Not much has been offered by Franco in the early game except for this hook. So, it's better to play him as support because he's not as tanky as most of the other tanks in the game.

Use him to provide vision in important areas near any goal. Always try to hook the enemy's damage dealer.

You can select enemies using the Hook, and drag them away from their team to the team turret or to the team. Landing this skill almost guarantees a kill for the team. Mastering this skill is critical to success as a Franco player.

Mid Game

After reaching level 4 and unlocking his ultimate, Franco's gameplay becomes very annoying. No one wants to be lured and pressured by his Ultimate. Most of the time the hooked enemy has little chance of escaping.

Its defense is not as high as other frontline tanks. Better to hang around teammates and provide as much vision as possible. When dropping objectives like turtle and lord, try to get close to the enemy's core and he will be forced to retreat, making it easier for his team to take down objectives, having less chance of being stolen.

Don't waste your Ultimate on the tank. A lot of Franco's players tend to make this mistake, they just use their ultimate and hook whoever they can and it's a very bad play.

Late Game

In the late game, your job is to be a great initiator. Its movement speed is very high compared to other tanks. His first skill is checking the bushes. Sometimes the enemy can be lured in by surprise and he will most likely die.
