In this group, there are several Pals who are inspired by Pokemon. Although there are some similarities, they have their own original designs and can only be described as 'similar'.

This makes it seem like this group is not violating any copyright. Some Pal and similar Pokemon here such as Sparkit which looks similar to Pikachu, the electric mouse.

There are also Foxparks which resemble Vulpix but with a flaming tail, just like Charmander. Then don't forget Pengullet, which is quite similar to one of Sinnnoh's Starters: Piplup.

Entering the second category is the Pal group which appears to "borrow" several attributes from Pokemon. In this category, it seems that signs of plagiarism are starting to appear in this game made by the Pocket Pair developer.

For example, just look at Mozzarina's face which is so similar to the face of Snorlax the sleeping Pokemon! Then there was also the face of Galarian Meowth who was also plucked to become the face of a Pal named Grintale.

Another familiar face is of course Pal who looks like a dolphin named Dumud, whose appearance looks like he was taken from Slowpoke! Wow, why is that possible?

Pals who “Use” Pokemon Trinkets

In the third category is Pal which openly borrows various elements possessed by many Pokemon. You could say, in this category, plagiarism is an issue that looks very contrasting.

Some examples of Pal x Pokemon that can be included in this category include a Pal named Kingpaca. This can be seen in the crown which is very similar to Pokemon Empoleon's! Not only that, there is also an electric horse named Univolt, which appears to have a similar shape to the Zebra Pokemon: Zebstrika!

Don't forget Robinquill with a design similar to Decidueye. Then there is also Tocotoco (Pal) which combines the concepts of (Pokemon) Xatu and Toucannon.

And the next category is Pal who clearly plagiarizes various Pokemon. It is very difficult for the developer to argue that the various Pals in this category have not copied this legendary franchise.

Some of them are like:

  • Pal Anubis which closely resembles the Pokemon Lucario;
  • Grizzbolt is very identical to Electabuzz;
  • Elizabee, actually borrowing Sprite from Vespiqueen;
  • Astagon at first glance looks like Mega Aggron;
  • Incineram combines Zoroark and Houndoom; And,
  • Orserk looks like a Fairy combination Electric type version of Garchomp.

Pal who is "Twin" with Pokemon

The final category is Pal which is fixed as the "twin" of Pokemon. In this category you will find twins of both monster forms, and don't ask anymore, who copied who!

You will definitely see a very familiar Pal named Lamball who is no different from Pokemon Wooloo. Also make sure you see Fenglope which was also "taken" from Cobalion.

And the most obvious match is Jetragon which is clearly taken from the Latias/Latios sprite; as well as, Verdash, Pal which is the Grass "version" of Cinderace!
