Games it is set in 1983 in a town called Averno. You will play as a police officer named Nick Cordell Jr. who just came out of the training academy.

As a police officer, you are on the front line protecting the citizens of Averno while trying to find answers to the mystery behind your father's death in the line of duty.

Dive into a criminal underworld of thrilling car chases, procedural crimes, and 1980s crime dramas in this one of a kind sandbox police action game.

The Precinct Release Schedule

The Precinct just released their trailer on June 10. Even though the official trailer has been released, until now there is no official date when this game will be released.

This game is rumored to be released for 3 platforms, namely PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. While waiting for GTA 6 which also hasn't surfaced yet, there's nothing wrong with including The Precinct in your wishlist.

As the protector of the city of Averno, you can patrol the streets and respond to various summons to solve the crimes that are happening around you.

Talking about in-game features, Fallen Tree Games as the developer leaked several features in the form of short descriptions on Steam.

What are the main features in this game?

Although this game seems to have many elements similar to the open world game GTA, the visuals and graphics of this game are slightly different. The Precinct comes with sharper and more detailed graphics with a more modern look.

As seen in the trailer, there are several ways to explore Averno City. You can walk, ride in police cars, and use helicopters to just get around the city and catch criminals.

You will pass through small alleyways lit by neon lights, asphalt wet with rainwater, and travel to a city park.

There's a wide variety of cases you can tackle, from minor infractions like traffic to serious infractions like drug dealing and bank robbery too!

You have to catch criminals while keeping an eye on a city controlled by fearsome gangsters. Not infrequently you have to deal with them and get involved in a tense shootout.
