Hu Tao is still a coveted character because of her beautiful appearance. Apart from her beautiful appearance, Hu Tao was targeted because of her painful damage.

We all know that Hu Tao's potential is very high in reaction play, especially when his ATK charge doesn't have an ICD (Internal Cooldown), meaning Hu Tao's ATK charge will be able to continuously trigger Vaporize. Apart from that, Hu Tao also has nuke damage in his elemental burst. For those of you who want to know how Hu Tao's showcase method up to 1M damage can be clicked here.

The following are Hu Tao's recommended weapons:

4 stars

For 4 Star weapons, there are 4 choices that we recommend for you, namely Blackcliff Pole, Deathmatch, Ballad of the Fjords, and Dragon's Bane.

Blackcliff Pole

This is a good weapon for Hu Tao because it has crit damage stats at lvl 90, you will get crit damage of 55.1%.

The passive of this weapon is also good for getting additional ATK after defeating an opponent of 12 ~ 24 % for 30 seconds and can be stacked up to a maximum of 3.

Deathmatch

For those of you who diligently buy bp, this weapon is suitable for Hu Tao, because it has Crit Rate stats of 36.8% at Lvl 90. That way you can manage Hutao's Crit Rate easily because of this weapon.

Apart from that, the passive is also good because it can add ATK and DEF to Hutao so that Hu Tao is more sustainable in On Filed.

Ballad of the Fjords

For those of you who diligently buy bp, this weapon is suitable for Hu Tao because it has Crit Rate stats of 27.6% at Lvl 90. M, even though the crit is smaller than Deathmatch, this weapon has the advantage of being passive which can increase Elemental Mastery 120-240.

Dragon's Bane

For those of you who are F2P and have never bought this BP weapon, we highly recommend it because it has EM 221 stats at Lvl 90.

This weapon's passive also has synergy with Hu Tao because it can increase DMG against opponents hit by Hydro or Pyro by 20 ~ 36 %.

5 stars

For 5 Star weapons, there are also 3 choices that we recommend for you, namely Staff of the Scarlet Sands, Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, and Staff of Homa.

Staff of the Scarlet Sands

For those of you who accidentally got this weapon during the Cyno ban and don't have the Maharaja, you can use this weapon for Hu Tao.

Because the Crit rete stats are 44.1% at Lvl 90. The character who uses it can convert 52-104 % EM as an ATK bonus.

When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the Dream of the Scarlet Sands effect will be obtained for 10s: The character who uses it will gain 28 -56 % of their Elemental Mastery as an ATK bonus. Max 3 stacks.

Primordial Jade Winged-Spear

This weapon is good for Hu Tao because it has a main Crit Rate statistic of 22.1% at lvl 90, so it will be easy for you to manage Hu Tao's crit ratio. Apart from that, the passive can also add ATK of 3.2 -6.0 % for 6 seconds. Max 7 Stacks.

Staff of Homa

There is no need to ask if you have the Hu Tao sign weapon because this weapon has main Crit damage stats of 66.2% at lvl 90.

For passive HP increases 20 -40 %. In addition, it provides an ATK Bonus based on 0.8 -1.6 % of the user's Max HP. When the user's HP is less than 50%, this ATK bonus is increased by an additional 1 -1.8 % from Max HP.

Artifacts

If you haven't found a good 4 piece artifact set, you can use a 2 piece combination. Below we share 2 explanations of recommendations for the best artifacts from 4 pieces or 2 pieces:

4 pieces

For Hu Tao's End Build, you can use 4 sets of Crimson Witch of Flames whose passive can increase Overload Burning and Burgeon by 40%, and increase DMG Vaporize and Melt by 15%.

Using an Elemental Skill increases the 2-Piece Set Bonus by 50% from its initial value for 10 seconds. Max 3 stacks. However, this artifact is difficult to get in the Domain because it coincides with the Lavawalker set which according to most players is not good for pyro characters.

If you are a new player who still has a few artifact sets, you can use 4 sets of Gilded Dreams because two sets add 80 EM. Apart from that, the 4 sets have a passive. Within 8 seconds after triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character who wears it will get a buff based on the Elemental Type of other party members.

ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the character equipping it, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for each party member with a different Elemental Type.

This artifact is also worth farming because it is suitable for Elecreo or Dendro DPS who play Elemental Mastery and other artifacts that are in the same domain as Gilded are very worth it for Dendro characters.

The best artifact at the moment is the 4 piece Marechaussee Hunter whose passive is very good at 4 pieces, CRIT Rate will increase by 12% for 5 seconds Max 3 stacks.

So it will be easier for you to manage the crit ratio to crit rate if you use 4 piece artifacts. This is enough to be at 30-40% because the rest is in the passive which adds crit rate.

2 pieces

  • Crimson Witch of Flames: Increases Pyro Damage Bonus 18%.
  • Gilded Dreams: Increase Elemental mastery 80.
  • Marechaussee Hunter: Normal and Charged Attack DMG +15%.
  • Shimenawa's Reminiscence: increased ATK 18%

You can combine these 2 pieces of artifact to get the required passive.

The following are Hu Tao's Talent priorities:

  • You can increase your Elemental skill to the highest level, if necessary you can give it a crown so that Hu Tao's damage output can be maximized.
  • You can increase Normal ATK because Hutao will often play charging ATK.
  • Elemental Burst must also be increased because your Hutao needs Elemental Burst every now and then to fill his HP.
