Now, let's go straight to the main discussion, namely the M6 World Championship standings on day 3 dated December 9, 2024. For your information, the event has now entered the knockout stage.

Also make no mistake, the system that Moonton (as the developer) implemented in this world event is also fairly new! Before entering the knockout round, there is a new round called the Swiss Stage and Wildcard.

This scheme allows for the participation of 'test' teams to compete in the world professional scene. Generally, they come from regions where MLBB is not widely played.

With this arrangement, Moonton can use an event like M6 as a marketing medium to attract more players from various parts of the world.

So it is not surprising that at this year's Game of the Year (GotY) event, MLBB nominated for the best Esports game! This is an achievement in itself: being recognized by one of the most prestigious events in the global gaming industry!

And from this round, eight teams will compete in the Upper Bracket Quarter Final (UBQF) phase. As usual, those who lose still have a 'spare life' and enter the Lower Bracket Quarter Final (LBQF).

What is also no less important is the analysis of the M6 standings that VCGamers has explained above. That way, you are not confused about how the results can be generated from these last matches.

For the first position, FNOP does look worthy. Because, since this event took place, they have not tasted what defeat is! While the temporary runner-up position was successfully secured by TLID.

In fact, the Blue Horse Team from Indonesia is often called the 'dark horse'! People are more confident RRQ (as a more experienced team at M-World) will return to the Grand Final phase just like at the M1 event.

Although initially RRQ also had the same achievement as FNOP, unfortunately this 'mainstay' representative from MPL ID had to fall in the Upper Bracket Semi Final (UBSF) match from fellow Indonesian representatives: TLID.

As a result, RRQ had to be satisfied in 4th place, right below FCON. Although both of them felt the same victory and defeat, FCON was able to defeat NPFL in the UBQF round without reply.

For positions five to eight, all four teams have very similar results. So, to rank them, it is necessary to look at their results in the Swiss Stage – which ends with those positions.
