In 2022, this prestigious tournament returns to enter the eleventh edition titled TI 11 or The International 11 Dota 2. This edition will feature 30 of the best teams from various regions.
Later the 30 teams will fight each other for the Aegist of Immortal and a total prize of 1,600,000 USD or around 23.4 trillion. Interestingly, the amount prize pool will continue to grow because there will be a donation in the form of a discount from every Battle Pass purchase.

The International 11 Dota 2 schedule

The International 11 Dota 2 is planned to roll out from October 8 – October 30 2022. That way, The International 2022 tournament has the longest duration after previously the 2014 TI lasted 14 days.
This is sure to happen because this is the first time Valve has invited 30 teams to fight each other. So, it also takes a longer time to find out who is the best team.
All of these series of matches begin with the Last Chance Qualifiers round which will take place on October 8 – 12 2022. In this round, teams from all regions in the world from either DPC division 1 or 2 will meet each other to secure tickets to TI 11.
Then on 15 – 18 October 2022 then the group stage or group stages start rolling. Apart from that, another interesting thing about this year's T1 tournament is the final round which will last for 2 days, different from the previous edition which only lasted one day.

The International 11 Dota 2 venues
As you all know, this time Singapore will host the grand tournament The International 11.
Even so, the spectators could only watch the match live only when entering the Playoffs and Grand Finals round.

The International 11 Dota 2 format
The International 11 Dota 2 will take place in three stages and will be further broken down into four rounds. The four rounds include Last Chance Qualifiers, Group Stage, Playoffs and Grand Finals.
Last Chance Qualifiers
The first round of The International 11 Dota 2 is the Last Chance Qualifiers which will take place on 8 – 12 October 2022. In this round, each team representative from the region will meet each other to secure 2 slots into the group stage.
Group Stages
The next round of the prestigious The International 11 tournament is the Group Stage which will take place on 15 – 18 October 2022. There will be 2 groups with 10 teams each that will fight with the Round Robin system.
The best 16 teams will qualify for the Playoffs and their position will also determine whether they are in the Upper Bracket or the Lower Bracket. Meanwhile, 2 teams from each group will be eliminated.
Playoffs
The 16 teams that have passed the group stage will begin the Playoffs for three days on 20 – 23 October 2022. The 8 Upper Bracket teams will compete using the BO3 system, while the 8 Upper Bracket teams will use the BO1 system.
Grand Finals
The best team from the Playoffs will advance to the top party which will come with a new format because it lasts for 2 days, namely October 29-30 2022. This round will be the closing match of the prestigious The International 11 Dota 2 tournament.
