Blue Lock is a manga written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura. The manga was first released in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2018. After the success of the manga, it was then adapted into an anime by Studio Eight Bit.
After Season 1 ended in March 2023, then this year, in October 2024, season 2 of this anime aired again.
Season 2 will tell the story of the “vs U-20” arc, where the Blue Lock program participants will undergo a selection to compete against the Japanese U-20 National Team.
