Has a 75% chance to apply the team's elemental weakness to the enemy, reducing the enemy's RES DMG by 20% for two turns.

If the enemy already has the same weakness, the RES DMG reduction effect does not apply. Apart from that, there is a 100% chance to reduce the enemy's RES DMG by 7.5% for two rounds and give Quantum damage of 98% from Ginro's ATK.
