Crypto Asset Relationship and Metaverse

This explanation about the relationship between crypto assets and the Metaverse was conveyed by the Co-Founder & Chairman of VCGamers, Wafa Taftazani.
He explained about it in the program Saturday Me Time on Trans 7 which aired last February 26, 2022.
Wafa explained, crypto assets are a form of digital assets that can be owned when you are in the Web3 or Web 3.0 ecosystem.
You can own crypto assets through the blockchain.
“Crypto assets it is actually a form of digital asset that can be owned in the web3 or web 3.0 ecosystem via blockchain,” he said.

He explained that there are differences between crypto assets and other assets outside the blockchain.
“What distinguishes it (crypto assets) from other assets outside the blockchain is that it has a record of ownership that cannot be falsified, cannot be duplicated and cannot be transferred from one owner to another without verification from all users on the blockchain. Wafa said.

Metaverse Doesn't Have to Own Crypto Assets
Wafa also provides further explanation on whether the metaverse should have its own crypto assets or not.
Wafa gave that explanation answering questions in the program.
He said that all crypto assets must be connected to the blockchain. So, later the metaverse can use crypto asset technology or Non-Fungible Token (NFT).

However, said Wafa, not all metaverses must own crypto assets.
“But, not all metaverses have to have their own cryptocurrency tokens, they can work together, they can collaborate, synergize with existing tokens or with chains that already exists,” said Wafa.
