Rumored Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
After releasing Samsung Galaxy S24 Series in January 2024, Samsung is currently preparing to release its latest generation, namely the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series.

However, if you look at the previous version schedule, Samsung usually releases its flagship line at the beginning of the year. Starting from Galaxy S23 series released on February 17, 2023 and the Galaxy S24 series on January 31, 2024.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra seems to be getting a dimension change compared to its predecessor, the S24 Ultra. Later, this cellphone will have dimensions of 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm.

For the engine, Samsung is rumored to be using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset exclusively in the Galaxy S25 series.
For the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Qualcomm is said to be releasing a version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy that is optimized specifically for Samsung.
On the display side, the Galaxy S25 series is expected to have an OLED display with M13 material. For the battery, the Samsung S25 series will use a battery with a capacity of around 4,000 mAh for the base model and 5,000 mAh for the Ultra, with 45W fast charging technology.
Samsung is also reportedly planning to implement stack technology for the S25 battery, which is said to provide a 10% increase in energy density with a smaller volume.
