The chipset is supported by the Xclipse 530 graphics processor (GPU), and also supports Wi-Fi 6E and bluetooth 5.3. Both LPDDR4x and LPDDR5 are connected as RAM and UFS 3.1 as internal memory.

There are massive improvements to this chipset which is made on 4nm fabrication with faster prime core speeds.

The GPU used on the Samsung Exynos 1480 is upgraded to balance the processor's capabilities.

This chip is specifically for flagships, while the Samsung Exynos 1480 is for mid-range smartphones.
