To be able to change jobs to Hunter in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, your Archer job must reach level 40 first. And when you reach level 40, you will get a mission or quest to change jobs to become a Hunter in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love.

How to Change Jobs to Become a Hunter in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love
As previously discussed, when your Archer reaches level 40, you will get a mission. The following is an explanation of the mission.
Task 1
In this first task, you will be asked by NPC Kebak to find the leader of the Hunter guild named Sherling in Payon town.
To go to the city, you can go through the south portal from the Prontera South Gate map to go to Sograt Desert. Next, from Sograt Desert you can head to the east portal and head to Poring Island.
After arriving at Poring Island, you can continue on to the right portal and go to Payon South. From Payon South you have to head to the north portal and you will arrive at Payon.
In Payon you will find NPC Sherling. After talking with him you will be asked to provide the Reference Letter that you previously got from NPC Kebak.

Task 2
In this second assignment, after you previously provided the Reference Letter, you will get 5 questions that you must answer. These questions include:
- When you need to buy some new equipment, but are just short, can you only ask others for money?
You can answer this question with “Answer X (False)”
- Going to fight monsters in the nearby wilderness is better than asking others for money.
You can answer this question with “Answer O (Correct)”
- When you find that some monsters are hard to fight, you should try to steal monsters that others are fighting.
You can answer this question with “Answer X (False)”
- Politely ask to join a party to fight difficult monsters together
You can answer this question with “Answer O (Correct)”
- When others encounter problems, I will do my best to help them
You can answer this question with “Answer O (Correct)”
After you finish answering these questions, then you will be asked to meet an NPC named Shecil Devine on Izlude Island to take a combat test.
Task 3
When you arrive at Izlude Island, you must look for the NPC Shecil Devine which is at the top right of the city. There you will talk to the NPC to start the combat test.
In the first combat test you will fight Poison Spore, Whisper, Skeleton Pirates, and Skeletons.
After you have finished defeating the four monsters, you will talk to the NPC again to continue the combat test at Mjolnir Mountain.

Task 4
When you are at Mjolnir Mountain, you will be asked to go to the top left of the map and there you will fight monsters.
The monsters that you will fight will come in 3 waves, and each wave will have 10 monsters.
Next you will talk to Shecil Devine again and he will ask you to return to NPC Sherling to submit a report.
When you have finished reporting to NPC Sherling, you will turn into a hunter.
