Evil Geniuses – Thunder Awaken (0-2)
Evil Geniuses (EG) and Thunder Awaken (TA) became the opening match for Main Stage The International (TI) 11. This match was one of the breakthroughs from Thunder Awaken.

Fnatic – Gaimin Gladiators (0-1)
This match between Fnatic and Gaimin Gladiators is the epitome of “Comeback Is Real”. For those who don't know, Fnatic is a team from SEA while Gaimin Gladiators are from Europe (EU).
The matches between these two teams were very long and time-consuming at first. They made sure to get the item first, then did a push.
The mid-game condition is that Fnatic is very superior in terms of objectives. But Fnatic's turning point was when they reached Gaimin Gladiators' Tower tier-3.
While they wanted to destroy the tier-3 tower belonging to Gaimin Gladiators, they lost instead. In simple terms, Gaimin Gladiators always use the Electric Vortex from Storm Spirit to attract enemies.
Because no one was able to quickly draw Storm Spirit, Fnatic was always overwhelmed in fighting contests. Until finally Fnatic had to lose to Gaimin Gladiators.
Royal Never Give Up – Entity (0-1)
This is the longest match in one game and possibly the longest as long as The International (TI) 11. This match between the two teams took over 107:33 minutes!
A little introduction, Royal Never Give Up (RNG) is an esports team from China. Meanwhile Entity is a representative esports team from Europe (EU).
Even though this match was very long, in fact the number of kills they got was relatively small with as many RNG – Entity 29-45.
They buy time, dominate Roshan until eight, focus on farming to full items. This is the longest game in The International's History!
After a long time of competition, Entity finally managed to win over Royal Never Give Up and move on to the next stage!
