Rebellion Esports Roster in MPL ID Season 14

As the kick-off date approaches, the Rebellion MPL ID Season 14 roster has finally been officially released. Several old names from previous seasons were also seen making a comeback to defend this 'blue bull' team.

Rebellion performance on MPL ID S13

It cannot be denied that Rebellion Esports is a team that always participates in MPL ID Season 14. However, since they first changed their name in 2021, their achievements in MPL ID have never secured a champion position.

The highest they can be is in the middle board (top 5-6 positions only). Even getting into the play-off round often requires a lot of effort.

Of course, this is a special note for management to be able to find the best formation that can provide maximum results.

Of the total six players announced, five of them are new players! Most of them are talents taken from several 'neighboring' management development teams.

MPL ID S14 Rebellion Roster Line-up Analysis

From the line-up list above, it can be seen that only Kars is an old player: the result of their development program in the Rebellion Blitz team.

Following in Kars' footsteps, Ryotaa (Jungler), and also coach Farr (replacing Ciko) are 'products' of Rebellion Blitz. And to balance out the 'developed' talent, management also recruited several big names.

Aether, which is talent development from management RRQ, eventually bought by Rebellion. The Jungler had entered Hoshi's line-up and was rumored to be his successor Alberttt.

But unfortunately, his poor performance at that time forced RRQ management to return him to Sena. And after several seasons there, he officially returned to MPL under the blue banner.

Apart from that, there is also Matt: Gold-laner made by Bigetron talent who once sat on the MPL scene defending Alpha. Just like Aether, he also started his pro-player career through MDL (defending Bigetron Beta).

He also attracted public attention when he received promotion to the main league. But it is also very unfortunate, the minimal performance made Bigetron management demote the Gold-laner back to Beta.
