Elemental Mastery Genshin Impact
Before discussing the elemental reactions in the Genshin Impact game, we'd better discuss Elemental Mastery first.
Players can increase the damage from various elemental reactions with Elemental Mastery or EM from characters that trigger elemental reactions.
There is a menu in the game that shows the bonus damage from one character's Elemental Mastery. The damage bonus is applied in a variety of different ways and depends on the type of reaction.
For example, the picture above is Elemental Mastery owned by Kaedehara Kazuha. Elemental Mastery of 826 gives bonus damage to elemental reactions like the picture above, according to the amount of EM.

Vaporize
Vaporize is an elemental reaction that occurs when there is a combination of elements hydro and pyro. Players can apply Hydro to targets affected by Pyro and vice versa it will produce a Vaporize reaction.
This reaction will increase the damage from Hydro or Pyro attacks that trigger the reaction. If you use Pyro's attack to trigger Vaporize, then Pyro's attack damage will be multiplied by 1.5 or it is called Reverse Vaporize.
If you apply a Hydro attack to trigger Vaporize, the damage from Hydro will be multiplied by 2.

Overloaded
Overloaded is an elemental reaction in Genshin Impact as a result of interaction Electro on the hit target pyro and vice versa.
This reaction will cause Area over Effect or AoE damage within a 5 meter radius. AoE damage is a pretty significant knockback on smaller enemies.
Due to the significant knockback damage, this reaction can cause Shatter which is effective enough to deal damage to enemy shields.
The example image above is the result of Yae Miko's Elemental Skill applying Electro to the Ruin Guard and Bennett's Elemental Skill applying Pyro resulting in an Overloaded reaction.
Melt
Melt is an elemental reaction that buffs damage like Vaporize. Unlike Vaporize, the Melt reaction is triggered by applying pyro against targets already hit cryo and vice versa.
This reaction provides a buff against the damage of Cryo or Pyro attacks that trigger the reaction.
If Cryo triggers a Melt reaction, then the damage will be multiplied by 1.5 like the example above and is called Reverse Melt. Ganyu gave a Charged Attack to Hilichurl Chieftain who had been hit by Pyro by Elemental Skill Bennett.
However, if Pyro triggers the Melt reaction, the damage will be multiplied by 2. The Elemental Mastery of the triggering character will also affect the damage output of the reaction.

Swirl
Swirl is an elemental reaction that occurs when giving Anem against a target already exposed to the elements Cryo/Electro/Hydro/Pyro and vice versa.
This reaction provides elemental damage from the elements included in the Swirl reaction. As an example of the picture above, Kazuha uses an Elemental Skill which gives Swirl and also elemental damage in the form of Hydro elements.
Damage from elements included in Swirl can reach a radius of up to 6 meters. Unlike Anemo's damage, which has damage stats from level and Elemental Mastery, players can increase the damage from Swirl's elements by Attack, CRIT, Damage Bonus, and Talent Level.
Crystallize
Reaction triggered by presence geo on a hit target Cryo/Electro/Hydro/Pyro this will not cause additional damage.
However, the Crystallize reaction will grant Elemental Shards according to the element in question. Elemental Shards will provide shields according to the elements if you take the Elemental Shards.
In accordance with the image above, Raiden Shogun deals Electro damage to Hilichurl. After that, Zhongli used an Elemental Skill and dealt Geo damage resulting in an Electro Elemental Shard.

Electro-Charged
The Electro-Charged reaction is an elemental reaction resulting from a combination of Electro on a hit target hydro and vice versa.
Electro-Chared provides Electro damage that is Damage over Time or DoT. The damage will go to targets affected by Electro-Charged and also targets affected by Wet status from nearby Hydro attacks.
For example, you can see the image above which shows an Electro-Charged reaction after applying the Ultimate Skill of Yelan and Elemental Skills from Yae Miko.
frozen
The next elemental reaction was Frozen. Frozen is an elemental reaction from the alloy cryo on a hit target hydro and vice versa.
frozen it does no damage, but freezes the enemy for the remainder of the lowest duration of the two elements applied.
According to Genshin Impact Wiki, you can apply Shatter to frozen enemies. Shatter is an additional physical damage that can eliminate the enemy's Frozen status.
Superconduct
Superconduct is an elemental reaction that you can apply if you apply Electro to an already hit target cryo or vice versa.
This reaction will provide quite extensive Cryo damage, which is within a radius of 5 meters. Not only that, enemies affected by Superconduct will be more vulnerable to physical damage, to be more precise, 40% for 12 seconds.
Superconduct is needed to provide a buff against physical damage. One of the characters with physical damage that relies on Superconduct is Eula.
Quickens
Quicken is an elemental reaction that is relatively new to the Genshin Impact game. By dealing damage Dendro against the enemy hit Electro or vice versa, you will produce an Aura Quicken reaction or often referred to as a Catalyze reaction.
Then, you can apply Dendro or Electro to the target in the Quicken Aura to produce additional elemental reactions.
If you apply Dendro to a target in Aura Quicken, there will be an elemental Spread reaction. Conversely, if you apply Electro there will be a reaction called Aggravate.
Spread and Aggravate will give flat bonus damage. As shown above, you can produce Aggravate and Spread reactions together with Nahida's Elemental Skill and Yae Miko's Auto Attack.
This can happen because producing Spread or Aggravate will not consume Aura Quicken.
Bloom
An Elemental reaction named Bloom is also a new reaction in the Genshin Impact game. You can produce a Bloom reaction by combining elements hydro and Dendro against enemies.
The reaction will then produce Dendro Core around the target that Bloom hit. You can ignore the Dendro Core for six seconds and it will explode itself causing damage.
However, if you use Pyro's attack on a Dendro Core, it will explode and produce a Burgeon reaction that deals Dendro damage up to a 5 meter radius to enemies and characters.
If you give an Electro attack to a Dendro Core, the Dendro Core will deal Dendro damage like a Homing Missile but produce a Hyperbloom reaction.
The example image above shows Burgeon's reaction in the form of an explosion triggered by Bennett's Elemental Skill against the Dendro Core. The picture on the right shows the reaction of Hyperbloom and the missiles that will come out thanks to Cyno's Elemental Skill against the Dendro Core.
burning
Burning is an elemental reaction that is triggered by an application pyro against targets already hit Dendro and vice versa.
This reaction will deal AoE damage and DoT Pyro Damage and apply 1 gauge units within a radius of up to 1 meter against enemies and characters. Like other elements, the Pyro application also has Internal Cooldown up to two seconds.
In the picture above, Nahida produces a Burning reaction by using an Elemental Skill against Cryo Regisvine who was hit by Pyro thanks to Bennett's Elemental Skill.
Thus the discussion regarding Genshin Impact's elemental reactions and hopefully this will be useful when exploring Teyvat, Wanderers!
