RansVerse Collaborates with Indonesian Game Association (AGI)

The first Metaverse in Indonesia, RansVerse collaborate with Indonesian Game Association (AGI). Later, AGI will soon come to the metaverse which was built on the collaboration of RANS Entertainment, Shinta VR, VCGamers and that UpBanx.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of online game enthusiasts in Indonesia has increased. This is because playing games is one of the alternative activities chosen during the quarantine period.

According to the Newzoo Global Games Market Report 2020, global revenue from mobile games increased by 13% in 2020 and online game players are projected to reach over 3 billion in 2023.

Thus, the Indonesian Game Association (AGI) was present, which is an organization that works to help the Indonesian game industry grow rapidly.

This organization is made up of people who have experience in the gaming industry. Meanwhile, its members come from all parties involved in the game industry ecosystem, from game developers to game publishers.

RansVerse and AGI Collaborate

Recently AGI announced that it will collaborate by entering the first metaverse in Indonesia, RansVerse. This collaboration is expected to help develop the gamer community, especially in the Web3 ecosystem.

In RansVerse later, community members can attend meetings and interact with other members virtually. Interestingly, communities can play games, create NFTs, or collaborate together anywhere without the cost or hassle of travel.

With this collaboration, AGI will have a virtual land on RansVerse so that gamers can carry out various activities such as watching together at e-sports tournaments, meeting with pro players or it can even be used as a place to find seeds for esports athletes.

Deputy President of the Indonesian Game Association, Adam Ardisasmita, said, in collaboration with RansVerse This can increase exposure for local game developers to develop so that these games can be played by players in Indonesia and even globally.

“RansVerse can be a medium to introduce games from Indonesia to the wider community. Hopefully local games will be more successful and played by more players, both in Indonesia and on the global stage," he said.

The collaboration with AGI will further strengthen the gamer community in meeting the needs of the players. The presence of AGI also means responding to important challenges in the game development sector, especially by preparing digital talent to support industry growth.

Various things in RansVerse will later be converted into NFTs. There is a RansVerse Builder feature that allows players to create items in the form of NFTs, sell or buy them, invest, and give gifts to others.
