Hola Vicigers! In technical terms of achieving success in the continuity and smooth running of an Esports team, support from various parties is needed, which is why RANS Esports is doing this in the recruitment of new coaches! Reportedly, this new coach is intended for the Free Fire division.
In recent times, the development of the esports industry in Indonesia has been in the spotlight of many parties. Esports has attracted the attention of several groups, including Indonesian artists, because they are considered to be able to develop rapidly.
One of the Indonesian artists who founded an esports organization is Raffi Ahmad, who is named RANS Esports. This esports organization is the result of the development of RANS Entertainment which Raffi Ahmad founded with his wife, Nagita Slavina.
Who anyway who doesn't know Raffi Ahmad? Raffi Ahmad is one of Indonesia's top presenters, actor, singer and entrepreneur. He started his career in the entertainment world since 2002.
Raffi Ahmad developed his esports team aiming to reach youth or esports players who have the potential to have talent in esports but are in remote areas of the archipelago.
RANS Esports has been around since the end of 2020 until today. This esports team has several special divisions for the games they run. Reportedly, this division already has team names, namely RANS Glory, RANS Victory, and RANS Ultimate.
RANS Esports officially introduces its first division, RANS Glory, a team from the PUBG Mobile game. In the Indonesia Esports Award event on November 18, RANS Esports won the award as the Most Favorite Celebrity Team.
The esports team owned by Raffi Ahmad has displaced its rival teams such as ORS Esports, SPCE, Genesis Dogma, and The Pillars. These teams are esports teams founded by Indonesian celebrities.
RANS Esports' victory at the Indonesia Esports Award event raises many questions from many parties. But other parties remain optimistic to snatch the title next year.
New Coach
In early July 2021, RANS Esports showed its seriousness in developing its team by officially releasing a new team for the games division. Free Fire. The Free Fire division team is a team that was acquired from the NGID Esports Free Fire game team.
The Free Fire team roster named Doom, Marsha, Rhama, Iky, Mervin, and Qois officially joined the RANS Esports team. They also changed their Instagram username by starting it with @rans.
Reportedly, the Free Fire game division will compete in Indonesia's prestigious tournament, Master League Season 4 Division 1.
Master League Season 4 is a tournament that will select Indonesian esports players who will be developed to play on the international stage.
Not only acquiring pro players from NGID Esports, RANS also officially announced their new trainer named Adi Gustiawan. Their new coach will develop a great RANS Esports game strategy to reach the top of the standings in the upcoming tournament.
Adi Gustiawan is one of the new coaches who already has a lot of experience and is quite old in the competitive world of Free Fire. Coach Adi was also the reason for the success of Boss Knightmare players in the FFML Season III Division 1.
With quite a proud experience, Adi Gustiawan is expected to be able to bring the RANS Esports name to success at the top of the FFML Season IV division 1 standings.
“Actually, we have prepared ourselves before joining RANS Esports. In terms of training, mentality, and others, we have matured it so that we can give the best results later,” said the manager of the Free Fire division of RANS Esports, Wieko Ihsan Azhary or better known as Memet.
As Memet said, RANS Esports has a target to become the best Free Fire game team in Indonesia which will bring Indonesia's name to become a representative in the next international arena.
Seeing the enthusiasm of the celebrities involved in suni esports in the country, it is hoped that they will continue to develop the esports industry in Indonesia so that Indonesia can be proud of its name.
Not only that, with the contribution of Indonesian celebrities, it is hoped that youth or esports players in Indonesia and even in remote parts of the archipelago can channel their talents to the right and good realms.
It is very interesting to wait for Indonesian esports teams to achieve many achievements, both nationally and internationally. Further information regarding the requirements for recruiting new coaches before Adi Gustiawan took the lead, is as follows.
