Last month, Ubisoft officially announced Rainbow Six Mobile as the newest game to be launched on Android and iOS. This game is inspired from Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, a game on line First-Person Shooter (FPS) genre.

Several months ago, this game officially entered the closed alpha stage and only a few invitees were able to enjoy the game. This game will be slightly different from consoles and PC. on version mobile there will be an Attack vs Defense 5v5 mode using operators that are of course known from the game.

Gameplay will remain the same, with drones used to gain intel before players attempt to breach walls, floors, and ceilings to attack, or set up barricades. on version mobile will also include modes like Bomb and Secure Area.

According to androidpolice, gameplay Rainbow Six Siege tactics are here in full force, and while the game isn't overly complicated, it does require some familiarity with the buttons on the screen as there will be lots of buttons on the screen, and many situationals that only appear when needed, so the controls in the Rainbow game Six Siege is quite complicated.

Androidpolice also revealed that the default spacing is terrible because too many buttons are close together (although players have the option to change placement in settings), and none of that is explained through gameplay. Although this is an alpha tester, but the explanation is not available, but in the end the included control support feels much better than touch controll.

This game itself does not have an official release date yet. Notable FPS leakster Tom Henderson recently stated that the game will launch in 2023, although the exact date is not yet known to the public. The minimum specification requirements for the mobile version of Rainbow Six Siege haven't been officially announced but will most likely be similar to other mobile versions of other FPS games.

Among the many maps available in the Rainbow Six Mobile game, the Bank and Border maps are currently the only maps that will be revealed in the mobile version of Rainbow Six Mobile later. The Map Bank will later be located in the middle of a densely populated city and players will carry out attacks to infiltrate the bank which is heavily guarded by enemies.

The border of this map is a "deadly outpost" between the two countries. Apart from the Bank and Border maps, later the developer will announce more other maps that are no less exciting and interesting to play.

Rainbow Six Mobile will be a free-to-play mobile game. Ubisoft Creative Director Justin Swan, who is leading projects on the game, has confirmed that players will “mostly” spend currency to buy “gear skins” or for Operators – which can be tried once if Vicigers doesn't already have them.

The game will be available on iOS and Android and there's no word yet on mobile requirements to play the game. However, Vicigers can expect it to be similar to other mobile FPS games that require at least 2GB of RAM.

This game is not a port of the original Siege that Vicigers has seen on consoles and PC. This game has been designed as a whole to be enjoyed on cellphones while incorporating the Siege elements that Vicigers know and love.

In developing this game, Ubisoft also took part in developing this mobile version and did not rely on third-party developers. It will be very interesting to see how the mechanics of transferring Seige to mobile work and how mobile elements have been included to make the game smoother and more fun to play. The Creative Director, Swan, has confirmed that the idea is to give Siege fans a great gaming experience even though on the go which allows them to play games anywhere on the cellphone they.

Rainbow Six Mobile fans and gamers already know that a select group of operators have been confirmed to appear in Siege Mobile including: Ash, Bandit, Caveira, Hibana, Mute, Sledge, Smoke, Thermite, Twitch, and Valkyrie. Carriers have been tweaked slightly for mobile, so hopefully there will be changes to the physical appearance and loading of each.

And for now there is no official confirmation whether this game will have support from esports. On PC, the Game is supported by Ubisoft's own managed esports leagues around the world and the regular Six Invitational. And it can be expected that esports announcements for this game will follow after the launch of this game.

For now, the game is in Alpha testing which means it has a very long way to go until it's released. As of now, the bank is on a late 2022 or early 2023 release date. It will most likely be available in South Africa.
