• Payment using the Virtual Account (VA) method must be made a maximum of 2 hours after the VA number appears. More than that, the order will be automatically canceled.
• If the Consumer has already made a payment via VA or credit card, but the transaction status on iBox.co.id is pending or canceled, then the Consumer is expected to contact iBox.co.id Customer Care by attaching proof of transfer or proof of payment and iBox.co.id will do checking to the Bank within 1 x 24 hours working days.
• Payment transactions that have been successful cannot be canceled for any reason.
