The following is the Refine Polar Star Level that you will get if you successfully upgrade:

Refine Level 1

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will increase by 12%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be acquired for 12 seconds. When 1/2/3/4 stack Ashen Nightstar is present, ATK will increase by 10%/20%/30%/48%. Ashen Nightstar Stacks resulting from Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted separately from the others.

Refine Level 2

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 15%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be acquired for 12 seconds. When 1/2/3/4 stack Ashen Nightstar is present, ATK increases by 12.5%/25%/37.5%/60%. Ashen Nightstar Stacks resulting from Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted separately from the others.

Refine Level 3

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 18%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be obtained for 12 seconds. When 1/2/3/4 stack Ashen Nightstar is present, ATK increases by 15%/30%/45%/72%. Ashen Nightstar Stacks resulting from Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted separately from the others.

Refine Level 4

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 21%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be acquired for 12 seconds. When 1/2/3/4 stack Ashen Nightstar is present, ATK increases by 17.5%/35%/52.5%/84%. Ashen Nightstar Stacks resulting from Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted separately from the others.

Refine Level 5

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 24%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be obtained for 12 seconds. When 1/2/3/4 stack Ashen Nightstar is present, ATK increases by 20%/40%/60%/96%. Ashen Nightstar Stacks resulting from Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted separately from the others.

Compatible Characters Using Polar Star

Here are some characters that are suitable for using this weapon:

Childe

• Childe's signature weapon
• Increases DMG from Elemental Bursts.
• Childe can easily perform all ATK buffs.
• CRIT Rate helps in causing Rip-Tide

Yoimiya

• A suitable weapon for Yoimiya because of its CRIT Rate and ATK Buff.
• But Yoimiya has a hard time retaining all the Buffs because using Charged Attack during her skill form is a waste of DPS.

Ganyu

• Very good for Burst Support or Ganyu DPS.
• Incredible ATK Buff for Ganyu and ample CRIT Rate for Melt Comps
