Persona 6 has not been officially confirmed for release. However, series producer Kazuhisa Wada stated in a 2018 interview before the release of Dancing in Moonlight and Dancing in Starlight that:
“We are working on mid- to long-term plans, including new numbered entries, so that fans can continue to enjoy the Persona series starting next year.”
From the above statement, there is a possibility that the Persona 6 release date could be sooner than we think considering Studio Zero, which consists of most of the team developers Persona, will not be making Persona 6.
