As for the steps to change the name of a cool ff pet, they are as follows;

1. You can access the pets section by clicking on the 'Pet' option on the main screen.
2. Next, they have to select the pet whose name they want to change and tap on the edit option next to the existing name.
3. The change nickname dialog box will appear on the screen. Players can enter a new name and press the blue button below to change the IGN.
