GTA San Andreas considered one of the best games in the GTA franchise by fans and longtime critics alike. However, there are some of the most difficult missions in gta sa which make it difficult for players to complete them.
Players have praised the incredible open world of GTA San Andreas and its carefully curated and challenging story and side missions. Some of the most difficult missions in gta sa are considered very troublesome. They take up a lot of in-game time and even frustrate players.
List of the Most Difficult Missions in GTA SA
While GTA SA is a great game, there are some really frustrating quests to it. Below are five of the most difficult missions in gta sa that can be stressful.
End of Line
The last mission of GTA San Andreas, which is called “End of the line”, can also put an end to the player's patience. These are multi-stage missions, and players must drive SWAT tanks, blow up buildings, and kill virtual enemies, police, or whatever else comes their way.
The difficulty of this mission is partly due to the incredibly long tutorial (most tutorials run 15-30 minutes for this) and also due to the fact that the player must rescue Smoke within a fixed time limit.
It's harder to appreciate the ending of the game when players keep dying countless times in heroic attempts to finish the game. Maybe that's how a game like GTA San Andreas with lots of frustrating missions should end.
It's rather fitting that the final mission of the game be the most challenging. End of the Line has several stages, you can drive a SWAT tank, storm buildings, and take down endless hordes of enemy cops and thugs.
The most frustrating part of the mission is the time limit, you have to save Smoke before or the mission will fail. With everything getting so long, one or two missteps can waste a lot of time.
Freefall
Freefall is the most difficult type of mission in gta sa which requires players to pull their hair out trying to complete it. The hard ones in GTA San Andreas involve driving and the hardest ones involve flying.
In Freefall, players must steal the slowest plane in the entire game in order to hunt down a much faster plane.
In Freefall, CJ needs to steal the slowest plane in the game, Dodo, to catch up to Shamal, a much faster vehicle. It required extreme accuracy not to fall too far behind Shamal as it would be very difficult to catch the plane before it was too late.
When put on top of all the previously mentioned clunky flying mechanics, quests are sure to take a lot of your time to complete.
Rob Uncle Sam
Robbing Uncle Sam is one of the missions in GTA San Andreas where players have to protect their AI partners who are just standing around.
Players have to head to the docks and deal with many military soldiers. This is before the player proceeds to fill the back of their van with crates in the warehouse while taking fire.
The problem lies with Ryder, the in-game partner for the mission. Ryder can be attacked and shot down by waves of approaching soldiers while the player loads crates. You have to protect him between loading crates, which makes the whole mission a frustrating experience.
Another challenging mission due to the outdated nature of the game. This time, the glitch is due to the AI characters standing around while you do all the work.
In Robbing Uncle Sam, you have to clear a dock full of military soldiers then steal crates from a burning warehouse. AI partner Ryder has a tendency to be ambushed and killed by oncoming waves of soldiers.
You have to complete the task of the mission while defending it at the same time, because death failed the mission. Compared to other GTA games, San Andreas is still better.
A House in the Hills
A Home in the Hills begins in blockbuster style where players are required to jump out of a plane to parachute their way to their friend Madd Dogg's house in the hills.
Once they land on the roof, the only thing players need to do is kill the hundreds of common AI enemies that have captured the place.
Even though the mission in GTA San Andreas it's a nice diversion from the driving missions, they rely heavily on another tricky aspect of the game, shooting. After players have fought their way through the mansion, they will need to drive some more as they hunt down Big Poppa.
In this mission, your job is to clean up hundreds of thugs who have taken over the house of your friend Madd Dogg.
Even though there is a chase scene at the end, the most challenging part is actually the shooting. This game will throw hordes after hordes of thugs against you, get ready for one of the most boring fights in the game.

Wrong Side of Tracks
The Wrong Side of Tracks in GTA San Andreas is a mission that players probably won't get through on their first attempt.
The player rides a motorbike with Big Smoke where he has to kill members of the Vagos gang. The difficulties are the trajectory, Big Smoke's blunt shooting skills, and the train being on the 'wrong track'.
Missions are made more difficult by having players rely on AI characters as they try their best to stay close to the train coach on motorbikes.
In this mission, you and Big Poppa will face the entire Vagos gang. Wrong side of track involving all three features GTA SA the most annoying: driving, AI, and chasing.

You'll have to rely on Big Poppa's AI to snipe at the enemies on top of the moving trains while trying your best to stay close to him on the motorbike. This wouldn't be so bad if Big Poppa's accuracy wasn't too low.
