After 12 years since its release, Dragami Games wanted to revive the Lollipop Chainsaw game for more modern consoles.
Dragami Games originally planned to do a major remake of the game, but plans changed midway through the game and ended up remastering it.
The remastered result of this game then added the word RePOP to the title, so that the game title became Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP.

This game tells the story of a karaoke girl named Juliet Starling, who loves lollipops. She is the middle child of three siblings.
At first, her life seemed like an ordinary girl's. But behind it all, it turns out that her family is a group of hunters. zombies.
On her 18th birthday, Juliet had promised to meet her lover Nick. Unfortunately, a zombie outbreak that occurred in California, caused Nick to be bitten by a zombie.
In order to prevent Nick from turning into a zombie, Juliet cuts off his head and performs a kind of ritual until Nick can finally live, even though only his head remains.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is a zombie-themed Hack-and-Slash game, where you play as a karaoke hostess named Juliet Starling.
Juliet, armed with a chainsaw, will carry her lover Nick's head on her waist and will accompany him throughout the game.
The game is divided into seven different stages of varying lengths. Some stages have certain gimmicks such as balls. basketball or baseball.
But in essence, the goal of this game is the same, namely you have to kill every zombie that blocks Juliet's journey while saving the survivors who are still alive.
Juliet has three types of basic attacks located on three different buttons on the keyboard. controllers, such as triangle (Chainsaw Attack) for the high version of the chainsaw attack, then X (Low Attack) for the low version of the chainsaw attack and square (Cheer Attack) to attack using pompoms.
You can combine these three buttons according to the Command List to produce different combos.
In addition, Nick's head is not just a display on Juliet's waist. Because later Juliet can use Nick's head as a weapon by doing special moves such as Nick Toss, Nick Shoot and Nick Popper.
If you manage to kill three or more zombies in one attack, a slow-motion scene will appear that says Sparkle Hunting.
