Shifting City Location and Dungeon Guide in Diablo 4

Shifting City is one of the special dungeons that can unlock the Ravenous Aspect. However, finding Shifting City is not easy because it doesn't appear on the map and you have to complete several challenges to access the area.

To find the Shifting City dungeon in Diablo 4, you have to look to the south side of the Dry Steppes region in the Qara-Yisu area, just north of Zarbinzet in Hawezar.

Dungeons Shifting City did not initially appear on the map because it was hidden behind the Fortress. Then you should enter this area from the southwest and complete The Ruins of the Qara-Yisu Stronghold.

This will require the destruction of three Infernal Spires. Start sari going to the mine area to defeat Utulku, the boss of The Voice Below, and finally revive the Wanderer's Shrine to conquer Qara-Yisu. 

Once you liberate the Ruins of Qara-Yisu, the dungeon will become visible, along with a small settlement that has a Waypoint. You will also see the Shifting City dungeon icon at the north end of this area.

After entering the Shifting City dungeon, you must complete objectives to unlock the area.

Finding Ancient Statues

The first objective is to find two Ancient Statues and place them on the Pedestal. 

The statue and pedestal will be marked on the map. The first statue is near the entrance, so take it and fight the monsters in the middle area with the Pedestal.

You can only carry one statue at a time, so place it on the Pedestal, and head east to find another Ancient Statue at the end of the dungeon.

Once all the statues are in place, the next part of the dungeon will open.

Collecting Animus

The next goal is to collect Animus from Animus Carriers. Monsters The elite carrying the Animus is marked on the mini map with a fanged skull icon. 

When you kill an Animus Bearer, he will drop purple Animus blobs that you must pass through to collect them, the collected Animus will appear as a blue dot on the control map and be added to the bar. 

Once you've collected enough Animus, store them in the urn in front of the boss's room. The goal is to fill the bar by collecting Animus from Elite mobs, then depositing them into Animus Urns. 

Once you do this, the next part of the dungeon will open.

Defeated the Tomb Lord

Tomb Lord is the final boss in the Shifting City dungeon, and defeating him is quite easy if you keep moving to avoid his AoE attacks. 

This boss uses several attack skills that you should be aware of. One important skill is Bone Wall, which surrounds you and explodes, dealing significant damage if you are near it.

If you are trapped by a Bone Wall, destroy as many as possible to avoid AoE damage.

Apart from that, you should also avoid the Spirit Tornado skill, because this skill limits your vision and prevents you from using most of your abilities to escape. 

Health potions will drop when health boss reaching 75%, 50%, and 25%. The Tomb Lord is quite fragile, so as long as you pay attention to your positioning, you can defeat it.

After winning a boss fight, you can claim your reward and teleport out of the dungeon to continue the adventure.
