MPL PH Season 1 Champion: Aether Main 

The team managed to become champions in the first MPL Philippines event. Where in the grand final match they managed to defeat Digital Devils Pro Gaming (DDPG) with a landslide score of 3-0.

Throughout the regular season, ArkAngel emerged as the most dominant team in MPL Philippines and this positive trend was maintained until the final round.

MPL PH Season 4 Champion: Sunspark

Sunspark is the dark horse team in MPL PH Season 4 and they successfully won the championship title after winning a fierce battle against ONIC PH with a score of 3-2 in the grand final which took place at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

Sunspark's roster at that time was:

MPL PH Season 5 Champion: Sunspark

The MPL PH Season 5 event was held online due to the pandemic. And in that season, Sunspark successfully defended their MPL champion title after again defeating ONIC PH in the grand final.

MPL PH Season 8 Champion: Blacklist International

In season 8, in the final round of Blacklist International, they had to face the rising star ONIC PH.

In the final, Blacklist International managed to secure themselves as the second team to retain the MPL PH title after winning 4-1 over ONIC PH.

Blacklist International managed to silence ECHO in the final round with a convincing score of 4-2. The victory in MPL PH S10, became their 3rd title in the history of MPL Philippines.

MPL PH Season 11 Champion: ECHO

In the playoff round, ECHO dropped to the lower bracket after losing to RSG Slate PH, but they did not give up and managed to bring BREN Esports home.

In the final round, ECHO met Blacklist International and managed to win 4-0.

MPL PH Season 12 Champion: AP Bren

AP Bren managed to become the MPL PH champion for the second time after defeating the strong team Blacklist International with a convincing score of 4-1.

Bren, who finished runner-up in the regular round of MPL PH S12 under ECHO, showed their dominance in the playoff phase by defeating RSG PH 3-2 in the upper bracket semi-finals, then defeating Blacklist 3-0 in the upper bracket finals, and successfully winning the grand final.

MPL PH Season 13 Champion: Liquid ECHO

The win marked Team Liquid's first competitive MLBB tournament title.

The 4-3 victory was a sweet reward for Fnatic ONIC PH's struggle to win MPL PH S14 and become their first title.
