This is a slight change compared to last year, when Apple and Samsung completely dominated the list of best-selling smartphones. This year, Samsung had to give up one of its slots to Xiaomi.
The world's best-selling mobile phone brand in Q2 2024 was held by iPhone 15 with its market share reaching 4.1%. The iPhone 15 Pro Max is in second place with 3.7%, followed by the iPhone 15 Pro with 3.1%.

Data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) also stated that Samsung's smartphone shipment volume in Indonesia throughout 2023 reached 6.9 million units, beating Oppo (6.6 million units), Vivo (5.6 million units), and Xiaomi (5.1 million units).
