Hello Vicigers, this time we will discuss the Recon Bolt Sova lineup for the Haven map for attackers. This guide shows the 3 Recon Bolt Sova lineups on the Haven map. This lineup will help you use this powerful ability to the fullest in defense.
Sova's Recon Bolt ability can be used in many effective ways, and outside of the Sova toolkit, has the most potential to impact gameplay. A well-placed Recon Bolt Sova can allow your team to take aggressive plays, as well as have the ability to gain valuable information to help with team rotation. It is also a very useful tool for reclaiming spike locations.
The first lineup will allow you to fire a Recon Bolt which will land on the default site box, it will detect players close to the long entrance, as well as behind the site. The second Recon Bolt lineup landed at site B, but was perfectly positioned to detect both entrances on either side of the site. The third Recon Bolt lineup will land on the default C-site box, it will detect most of the players on the site.

Bolt Sova's Recon Lineup on the Haven Valorant Map!
Site A Assault
To do this Recon Bolt lineup, you need to position yourself from the point of view shown above. From there you should place your crosshair just above the light bulb, in the gap between the wire and the tree. Then, load the shot onto the second bar, with the bounce set to zero.
This Recon Bolt can be used very effectively in combination with an execution to site A. Once your teammates have taken control of the A-long and A-short maps, this Recon Bolt will provide information about all enemy players close to the entrance of this area, as well as behind the site.
Site B Assault
This lineup will ask you to stand in a corner as shown below. Your team must master the Garage area before they can do this lineup safely. From there you'll fill your shot into the second bar, with the bounce set to one.
This Recon Bolt landed on the floor at the site, and detected both entrances leading to the site. This can be combined with the smoke on both sides of the site squares, allowing you to see enemy players at the entrance. It will also be very difficult for enemy players to destroy the Recon Bolt.
Site C Assault
This lineup requires you to stand with your back against a wall, with your crosshair aligned with the box shown above. You'll then need to fill a shot into the second blade, with the bounce set to zero.
This Recon Bolt can detect almost all enemy players on the site. The key to using this successfully is timing it right. Your teammates must have hit the site, before the Recon Bolt lands. This will make it very difficult for enemy players to destroy the Recon Bolt as they will be preoccupied with the upcoming attacker.
For anyone playing Sova as one of their main agents, it's always good to know as much of the Recon Bolt lineup as possible, both for offense and defense. Before you use it in Competitive ranked games, it's a good idea to practice it once or twice in private matches. This will also help you remember it when you enter ranked battles.
