This hero will send Whirwind forward which makes the opposing hero get hit by 410 Magic Damage (+80% Total Magic Power).

Opposing heroes will also experience a slow effect of up to 40 percent for 2 seconds.

When this skill level up, you can choose to add Stop-on-hit Effect or Konck-up Effect.

Ultimate Skills – windstorm

Vale's ultimate skill is Windstorm.

Your hero will summon Windstorm to the designated area.

The windstorm will explode after 1.5 seconds.

This will cause the opposing hero to be hit by 800 Magic Damage (+160 Total Magic Power).

When this skill levels up, Vale can choose to increase the effect of Crowd Control or Increase Damage.
