For those of you who are interested in buying the Infinix SMART 8, first take a look at the advantages of this smartphone!

iPhone-like Design

If you look closely, the design of the Infinix SMART 8 is quite similar to the iPhone, especially in the layout of the rear camera and is equipped with a flat frame on its body.

The body also provides a matte finishing touch that is quite textured when we hold it, namely Vibrant Glow Texture Design.

The rear body of the smartphone is very shiny, which makes the smartphone shine when exposed to reflected sunlight.

But thanks to its matte finish, it won't leave fingerprints on. Even if they do, it will be easier to clean again.

The textured matte finish as the back cover will not only be an aesthetic element of the SMART 8, but also so that the smartphone body is not slippery.

Currently, Infinix SMART 8 already uses a USB C port from the previous MicroUSB. The fingerprint sensor position is on the side body along with the power button.

SIM and microSD Card Slots

This Infinix SMART 8 smartphone has dual SIM + 1 microSD slot. You can use a microSD card up to 512 GB to add external storage.

In addition, you can also connect a USB C flash drive that is supported by the USB On-The-Go feature.

Magic Ring

This smartphone supports a 6.6 inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution (720 x 1612) and uses a punch hole model.

One of the unique features of the screen is that it has a Magic Ring, which is a notification display that appears around the punch hole, similar to Dynamic Island on the iPhone.

The Magic Ring is compatible with Infinix smartphone's built-in applications such as smartphone unlock, charger or incoming calls.

In addition, it also has a 90 Hz refresh rate which allows users to experience smoother and faster animations when scrolling the screen.

The screen brightness itself only reaches 500 nits, it can still be used outdoors or indoors.

Two Memory Options

This Infinix smartphone has two memory options, namely 3GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB, each of which is quite interesting for storing lots of data.

But unfortunately, 4 GB of RAM is still not enough to meet the needs of playing heavy games because the average game today is more than 4GB.

Good Camera Results

This Infinix has two rear cameras, namely the main camera with a resolution of 13MP f / 1.8 and a depth camera of 0.3 MP. However, only the main camera can take pictures.

The main camera has been equipped with four flashes arranged in a ring. For the front camera, it has a resolution of 8 MP and a flash.

The main camera and front camera of the Infinix Smart 8 are capable of producing videos up to 1080p 30 FPS resolution without video stabilization features.

The results of the images taken from this smartphone are very good, especially outdoors and in bright conditions or during the day which are very detailed.

However, when in low light conditions or at night, the image details become reduced and blurry.

Long Lasting Battery

On the Infinix SMAR 8 smartphone, it has been equipped with a 5000 mAh battery inside the Infinix body. Of course, with this capacity it can last for one day for normal use.

The battery life can reach 39 hours for calls and 50 hours for playing music and playing offline videos can last up to 36 hours.

Cons

Below are the disadvantages of the Infinix SMART 8 that you should know before buying it, including the following:

No Ultrawide Camera

The Infinix SMART 8 smartphone only has one functioning rear camera, even though in terms of configuration there are two cameras.

Because, the companion camera for the main camera is a depth camera or depth sensor. This depth sensor plays a role in helping the main camera in producing bokeh photos.

Therefore, this Infinix does not have an ultrawide camera. The absence of an ultrawide camera on this Infinix smartphone is so that the price remains low.

3 Hour Charger

Although it uses a USB C port with a cable with a reversible plug. However, what is lacking is the fast charging feature.

Charging the Infinix SMART 8 takes quite a long time, namely 3 hours to charge from 0% – 100%.

Incomplete Sensor

Although the Infinix SMART 8 has three types of sensors, namely accelerometer, proximity, and fingerprint sensors. However, it is very unfortunate that it does not have a light sensor, compass, and gyroscope so it is incomplete.

No NFC

For some users who travel frequently, the NFC feature may be very necessary. This NFC functions to make digital transactions, top up balances or check e-money balances.

Unfortunately, the Infinix SMART 8 is not equipped with the NFC feature, so this is a problem for prospective users who often rely on this feature.
