First of all, let's discuss the trivial aspects of this Fighter. Many say that Suyou herself is a hero prepared by Moonton (as the developer) for their biggest collaboration project.
Like other collaborations, the devs will be collaborating with major franchises and bringing their characters into the Land of Dawn. So, will Vicigers Can you guess what this collaboration is about?
That's right: Naruto manga/anime! Indeed, of the many collaborative project concepts that are 'buzzing' among the MLBB fan community itself, this title has the highest expectations.
This can be seen from the many 'fan-fiction' videos/content that show collaborative skins themed around Naruto characters, such as Itachi, Minato, and of course the main character too!
It turns out Moonton heard the hopes of its players! They started by introducing two new heroes who were special and special only for this collaboration - one of which was Suyou.
Huh, two? Another one? For the other one, it's still being 'worked out' by the devs. So until the time comes for the official release, let's postpone the discussion for the other hero.
Now let's get straight to Suyou's mechanics. It can be said that the design of this hero is not that new. The concept combines the skills of Yi Sun-shin (YSS) and Julian.
So it is not surprising that he has a fairly varied combination of attack distances, ranging from close-medium melee to ranged. In addition, as a Fighter, he is also considered a 'complete' hero.
In addition to being equipped with several blink skills, he also has a stun area of effect (AoE) attribute that is quite disturbing. He also masters both types of damage delivery, both damage per second (DPS) and burst.
And as befits the ideal Fighter characteristic, Suyou is quite capable of sustaining in team fights/dive-in to the back of the opponent's formation. But that doesn't mean she can't be present as a damage dealer too.
With his current capacity, he can really put pressure and punish enemy heroes. So it's only natural that most of his presence in the Land of Dawn will fill the Jungler position.
Now let's get into the discussion about the skill. Let's start from its similarity to YSS mechanics. This lies in the way the skill operates, which combines tapping and pressing.
To increase the power, range, and effect of her attacks, you have to press Suyou's skills for a few seconds and release them in the specified direction. Basically, it's exactly like YSS's second skill.
And this applies to all three types of skills. So with these variations, Suyou has a total of 6 skills! While the similarity with Julian is, you can freely take any skill during the early game:
(Tap) Changes Suyou into human mode: increases movement and attack speed. (Press) Suyou into Nuo mode (a large shadow similar to the Uchiha Clan's Susanoo): provides additional attack and damage reduction.
(Tap) Suyou throws the sword towards the skill indicator, then blinks to the sword. (Press) Suyou blinks according to the skill indicator, and Nuo hits the ground in front of him: the hero hit will be stunned.
(Tap) Suyou will slash her sword in a fan-shaped AoE area. (Press) Nuo will slash her two swords three times, dealing damage (melee DPS) and increasing the AoE range in the specified direction.
(Tap) Suyou jumps back while swinging her sword (dealing damage) – just like Lesley/Clint’s jump skill. (Press) Nuo draws her bow and shoots according to the skill indicator (ranged projectile).
