• If on Cloud services, select the PS5 Menu, then Settings > Save Data and Game/App Settings > Save Data (PS4) > Cloud Storage.
• After that, download all the files to your PS5 system.
• If PS Plus is active, you can immediately move all files to the cloud service. Go to the Settings Menu > Application Save Data in System Storage > Upload to Online Storage.
• Then, Save the game file that will be uploaded to the Cloud, click Upload.

Via USB Storage Device

The way to transfer data from PS4 to PS5 is to use a USB Storage Device. The method is as follows:

• Go to Settings > Application Save Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage.
• Select copy to USB Storage Device then select the data to be transferred to PS5.
• After the data is saved on the USB Drive, go to Settings > Save Data and Game/Apps Settings > Saved Data (PS4).
• Then, select copy to Console Storage.
• Done.
