Not all all players PUBG can choose and use the right sensitivity when playing. For pro players or old players, of course, they already have their own sensitivity in PUBG Mobile.

This scope is great for medium range combat and therefore practicing with it can help you set good sensitivity based on the situation it might be used. You can also target other players on the training grounds to practice aiming at moving enemies.
When setting sensitivity for long distances, 4x and 6x scopes should be practiced. Some weapons can be a challenge to control with this scope.
Guns like the AKM and Beryl M762 are very difficult to control with this scope, but you should practice with this too to get a better average sensitivity for this scope.
You should use this scope on DMRs and snipers because it makes more sense for this weapon. The 8x scope should also be practiced with DMR and snipers.

Camera sensitivity should always be somewhere where you can move freely across the map without struggling to make a jiggle or look around without dragging much on the screen. Looking around you must have a higher sensitivity because you need to be aware of your surroundings.
