With this, you can know what devices, when they accessed your account and where they were located when accessing your Instagram account.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You can enable Two-Factor Authentication. With this feature, Instagram will ask for a verification code every time someone tries to log in to Instagram from a new device.
You can also set this verification code via an authentication application or SMS so that your Instagram account will be more secure.
