Play Station 5 will be launched in Indonesia on January 22 2021, priced at IDR 7,299,000 for the Digital Version and IDR 8,799,000 for the Blu-Ray Disc Drive version. This price is more expensive than the Global version which was released last November 12 at a price of US$400 equivalent to IDR 5,899,000 and US$500 IDR 7,399,000. All of the prices above are Sony's recommended prices for all Retailers, it is possible that prices will be more expensive in the market.
In Indonesia alone, you can pre-order on December 18, 2020, but in several e-commerce sites such as Tokopedia, Shopee, JD ID and others, some are already selling units of the PS5 itself.
In JD.ID You can already make official pre-orders for 33 PlayStation 5s.
For Tokopedia, even though there is no official pre-order, there are already many shops that offer PS5 merchandise by including the word Pre-Order. Meanwhile, at Shopee and Bukalapak, the PS5 has been sold with a price range of 11 million to 17 million rupiah.
