You can get these stones by exploring the world of Elden Ring, picking them up from specific areas of a location, dropped by certain enemies or bosses, given by an NPC or sold by a Merchant.

As the name implies, Somber Smithing Stone 5 can increase the abilities of your weapons and armor by up to 5. This increase also includes the basic damage of the character you are playing.

How to get Somber Smithing 5? You can get them in the following places:

• Behind the School of Graven Mages located south of Deep Siofra Well Grace
• Obtained by looting a corpse in the boulder ruins at the highest level of the Siofra River.
• Located in Gaol Caves. You need two Stonesword keys to enter there.
• There is a corpse hanging on the outskirts of Volcano Manor's prison. Turn right after taking the lift.
• Inside the Altus Tunnel.
• Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab on a bridge in Nokron, Eternal City.
• Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab in the Southwest of the Bower of Bounty at the sites of grace Altus Plateau.
• It's in the Sealed Tunnel. At the bottom of the elevator, clear the two illusory walls to the south to reveal a large cave with lots of plant roots and an Abductor Virgin hanging around below. Check the wall to the Northwest.
• Found at the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace, in a room located in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
• Found in The Shaded Castle from a body that was in a dead tree at the west end of the outer courtyard, right next to West Fort.
• It is in Redmane Castle on a corpse in the large monument surrounded by chairs to the north of the castle
• Found in the Old Altus Tunnel, under the dungeons.
