How to Create a Complete Indodax Account Up to Verification

How to create an Indodax account is very easy. You can download it through the Indodax application on each cellphone.

• Download the App INDODAX on your cellphone
• Open INDODAX App
• Select "Create Account" to create a new account
• Enter the appropriate data in the column provided. Make sure you have entered a telephone number and email that have not been registered before
• Create a password with a minimum of eight characters containing uppercase letters (A,B,C,D,E), lowercase letters (a,b,c,d,e), numbers (1,2,3,4,5 ), and symbols (!,@,#,?).
• Read “Terms & Conditions” and “Trading Risks” carefully. 
• Check the "I Agree with the Terms & Conditions and Trading Risks" menu if you have read it.
• Click "Create Account"
• Check the email you registered to confirm registration
• Click "Verify" on the email
• If so, navigate to the phone number confirmation page
• Make sure the registered phone number is correct and active so you can receive an SMS PIN
• Click "Yes, the number above is correct" if the number is correct
• You will be directed to the PIN acceptance page
• Enter the SMS PIN in the column provided and click "Verify"
• Back into the application INDODAX
• Login using the registered email and password
• Create a new 6 digit PIN that can be used to access the account
• If so, proceed to the account verification process

How to Verify an INDODAX Account

After that you need to verify the registered INDODAX account.

Later you will get a notification to make a KYC notification. Then, select "Start Filling Personal Data" (via HP).

Follow the three steps below to do KYC:

e-KTP verification 

• Click "Start" or "Start"
• Enter country of origin
• Click “Take Photo”
• Place a photo of the e-KTP according to the space provided. (WNI and Passport cannot be used by Indonesian citizens for KYC)
• For non-citizens, you can use a passport
• After success, click "Finish".

Step Two (Personal Data)

• Press the "Next" or "Next" menu
• Fill in the personal data completely according to identity 
• Click the "Next" or "Done" menu

Third Step (Face Detection)

• Click "Next" or "Next". 
• Make sure that your cellphone camera can be used
• Do not use glasses, masks and choose a place with sufficient lighting
• Follow the directions to face right and left in just a few seconds
• Select "Done" when it is successful
• After the three KYCs above have been completed, agree to the Terms and Conditions and select "Agree & Submit"
• Wait 1×24 hours for the verification process
• Check email if it is successful
• You can activate the push notification feature on your cellphone for information on KYC results
