How to Overcome Buyer Complaints at VCGamers

3 Steps to Deal with Buyer Complaints at VCGamers Marketplace

1. Click "Order Moderation" in Transaction Details

If your buyer complains, your transaction details display will change as shown in the image above.

Click “Order Moderation”, and you will be redirected to the page Transaction Moderation.

Or you can go to the page Transaction Moderation via menus "Chat", then click “Moderation List”, and select your transaction that is being moderated.

2. Explain the Problem to the Buyer

Explain the problem to the buyer, and send * a picture of proof of delivery of the order that you have to further convince the buyer that the order has indeed been sent by you.
*images that can be uploaded are a maximum of 500KB in size

Ask the buyer for “Close Moderation” if the problem is solved

3. Click "Invite Admin" if you haven't found a way out

Click "Invite Admins", if you and the buyer have reached an impasse and have not found a way out of your problem.

Wait until the admin replies to the chat, and you can keep explaining and sending other evidence.

If the buyer is still reluctant to close moderation, then Admin who will determine whether the funds will be forwarded to the seller or returned to the buyer according to the available evidence, or Admin can also provide other solutions that can be agreed upon by both parties, the seller and the buyer.

If, moderation has been completed, and you are proven to have sent the order correctly, even if the buyer does not close the moderation, then the funds will be directly forwarded to the store balance/VC Cash by Admin.
