How to Confirm Orders on VCGamers Marketplace?
Just like how to confirm an order, you can enter the page “My Shop” via menus "Sale" or MyShop on the row of icons on the right side of the website on the desktop view, or click the three lines in the upper left corner on the mobile view.

Click “Withdraw”, then enter “Amount of Fund Withdrawal”, you can tick “Pull the whole” if want to draw the whole store balance/VC Cash you, or enter the minimum amount of funds you want to withdraw IDR 20.000,-.
You will be charged a withdrawal fee accordingly bank/e-wallet that you use, the cost is as follows.

If everything is correct, click “Withdraw Funds”, and you will receive a notification like the image below.
Click "Confirm" and congratulations, store balance/VC Cash you have successfully disbursed.
VCGamers give a time limit for 2×24 hours on working days for funds to be disbursed into your account. If the funds have not been disbursed past the deadline, please contact us immediately via email at support@vcgamers.com for further handling.
